The 9 lodges at Villa Olimpia
Nine self-contained holiday homes, each with its own kitchen and bathroom, around a shared pool and a garden of about 3,000 m², some 100 metres from Spiaggia dei Gigli. Six are on the ground floor with a veranda, patio or porch where noted; three are on the first floor with balconies or a terrace.
Pool and garden are shared with guests of the other lodges. If you book the whole villa (all nine lodges), the outdoor areas are just for your group.

How booking works
From request to confirmation, step by step
This website does not sell in real time: we check every request against the calendars of all our channels and reply to you personally.
1. Request
Tell us your dates, number of guests and, if you like, your preferred lodge. No payment at this stage.
2. Availability and quote
We check the dates and send you a written quote with the total, by email or WhatsApp.
3. Confirmation with deposit
Your booking is confirmed only once the 30% deposit stated in the quote has been paid. Until then the dates are not held.
4. Balance and arrival
The balance and arrival instructions follow the conditions written in your quote.
